blktool software package provides tune low-level block device parameters, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install blktool
blktool is installed in your system.
Make ensure the blktool package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep blktool *
You will get with blktool package name, version, architecture and description in a table
